Q: What
is wireless Video Transmission.
A: Video
Transmission is used to send images & sound from
the camera (transmitter) to the receiver without the
use of
wires.
Q: Why
use Video Transmission.
A: Video
Transmission is used to send images from the camera to
the receiver when it is impossible to run wires. We
have used this in a caravan site where they didn't want
any cables run. It is also very useful in covert
installations by allowing very swift insertion of the camera.
Q: What
range will this equipment work to.
A: There
are different "legal" versions of video transmitters
that work on different frequencies. The lowest powered
units work up to 100 metres in free air while more high
powered devices will work up to 1500metres.
